Election Forums
The League of Women Voters conducts election forums for both primary and general election races. Forums sponsored by the League of Women Voters provide opportunities to hear from candidates as they respond to questions from a moderator. All candidates in contested races are invited to attend our forums, which are guided by our board-approved Election Forum Policy.
Hear from Local Candidates for Skagit County Commissioner District 3
District 3 includes Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, and all of eastern Skagit County
The candidates running are:

- Connie Krier
- Keith Wagoner
When: Thursday, July 16th from 6:30 – 7:45 PM
Where:Sedro-Woolley City Council Chambers- 325 Metcalf Street, Sedro-Woolley
The League of Women Voters of Skagit County invites the public to attend a nonpartisan candidate forum for the Skagit County Commissioner race which will appear on the ballot in the upcoming 2026 Primary Election on August 4, 2026.
This forum will provide voters with a unique opportunity to hear directly from the three candidates running for the position. The forum is free, open to the public and will be recorded and available afterward at https://www.skagitlwv.org/.
Voters will have the chance to compare candidates’ answers to League-developed
questions and make informed choices in these critical local elections.
This event is hosted by the League of Women Voters of Skagit County, a nonpartisan
organization committed to empowering voters and defending democracy.
